Company and contact information
Remote services and virtual meetings. On-site visits at client locations as the project requires, including outside the Quebec City region. We do not receive clients at our administrative address.

Data and purposes
Name, email, optional phone number, requirements, language and optional details support inquiry qualification and follow-up. This does not subscribe you to marketing or automated SMS. Link campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign) accompany the inquiry to identify its origin, without advertising cookies. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in forms.
Providers, access and retention
Hostinger hosts the website, MariaDB and email. Cal.com and associated Google services are involved when their journey is used. GitHub hosts private code, not CRM records. These services may involve processing outside Quebec. Canadian-only residency is not guaranteed. Contact the privacy officer for available information about providers and the processing of your inquiry.
Approved internal reference policy: inquiries without a contract, up to 12 months after the last useful interaction; prospects and unaccepted quotes, up to 24 months after closure. Retention necessity is reassessed: these references do not require keeping every item for the full period. Legal requirements and documented holds may justify a different duration. No automatic purge is enabled.
Local storage and logs
No external analytics are active. A privacy preference, where offered, is stored locally on your device and activates no external provider. Browser diagnostic events remain in memory. Technical logs may contain IP addresses and request details for operation and security. Our reference retention period is 90 days unless a documented need applies; this is not a guarantee of each provider’s technical retention periods.
Your language
The FR | EN selector stores your choice in a functional cookie for one year. Without a saved choice, the entry page uses your browser’s accepted languages, and offers a choice of French or English when no supported language is detected. You can change languages at any time or clear this cookie in your browser. If cookies are disabled, FR and EN links still work, but your choice will not be remembered for a later visit.
Rights and incidents
Access, correction, consent-withdrawal and applicable deletion requests will be handled by the designated officer, with proportionate identity checks and legal exceptions. Report suspected incidents to the privacy officer by email. No automated incident handling is represented.
No external analytics or online billing are enabled. An inquiry does not trigger automatic contract signing.
